Moulding shops have all the necessary facilities like Sand Mullers, Moulding Boxes & Tackles, Patterns, Mould Drying Ovens, Compressors, Ladles of various capacities from 1000 Kgs to 6000 Kgs.

Heat Treatment :

Heat treatments are carried out where ever required in one electric furnace of 30MT capacity. Temperature of the furnaces during heat treatment cycles are closely monitored and controlled.

Assembly And Casting :

Assembly and Casting of Rolls are carried out in Casting Pits of various sizes and depths.
